5. Server delivery, CFX Keymaster & escrow
For applicable server packs and premium builds, delivery may be provided through a Google Drive download workflow together with CFX Keymaster-linked asset protection. Licensed content is associated with your purchase and server entitlement as described at checkout and in your account—do not attempt to detach, bypass, or circumvent Keymaster or any license binding.
You can edit, modify, add, or remove supported behavior through configuration (for example config files and documented options) so your server stays flexible without us handing out unrestricted raw sources by default. Where we use escrow or equivalent protection on protected portions of a product, that exists to reduce leaks, unauthorized redistribution, and resale of our work. Escrow does not grant you rights to republish, resell, or share protected assets outside the license you purchased.
If you require a full open-source or unrestricted-source commercial arrangement, that is a different license and price tier. Full source materially increases exposure to piracy and misuse, and reflects years of development, ongoing maintenance, and commercial risk we are not obligated to absorb at standard retail pricing. We may decline such requests or quote a substantially higher fee when we choose to offer them at all.
Important — server packs & licensing (summary)
Delivery: Where applicable, server or complete packs may be delivered via Google Drive download together with CFX Keymaster-linked protection. You must comply with the license and server binding tied to your purchase.
Customization vs. source: Where we support it, you may edit, modify, add, or remove behavior through configuration. Protected parts may remain under escrow or equivalent safeguards to limit leaks and resale—that is not permission to redistribute outside your license.
Full open source: A fully open-source release is a separate agreement and a higher price tier, because it shifts years of work, investment, and commercial risk onto us in a different way. We are not required to accept that risk at standard retail pricing.
6. License & Usage Rights
Unless otherwise stated, all products purchased from QBCore Store are licensed, not sold. Your license confers no title or ownership in the product.

7. Prohibited Uses
You may not access or use the website for any purpose other than that for which we make the website available. The website may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.
Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
Circumventing, disabling, or otherwise interfering with security features
Engaging in unauthorized framing of or linking to the website
Tricking, defrauding, or misleading us and other users
Making improper use of our support services or submitting false reports
Engaging in any automated use of the system (bots, scripts, etc.)
Interfering with, disrupting, or creating an undue burden on the website
Attempting to impersonate another user or person
Selling or otherwise transferring your account
Using any information obtained from the website to harass, abuse, or harm another person

9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the website immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the website will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the website. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
