1. Grant of License

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, QBCore Store LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the purchased digital products ("Licensed Products") solely for your personal or commercial use on your FiveM server(s).

This is a LICENSE, not a SALE

You are purchasing a license to use the product, not ownership of the product itself. All intellectual property rights remain with QBCore Store LLC and/or the original developers.

2. License Types

Standard License (Default)

Unless otherwise specified, all products include a Standard License which grants:

Single Server: Use on ONE (1) FiveM server instance
Unlimited Players: No player limit restrictions
Modifications: You may modify the code for your own use
Updates: Lifetime access to product updates
Support: Technical support via Discord

Extended License (If Available)

Some products may offer Extended License which includes:

Multiple Servers: Use on up to specified number of servers
Priority Support: Faster response times
Custom Modifications: Request custom features (may incur additional fees)
Resale Rights: May be granted for specific products only

Note: Extended licenses must be explicitly purchased. Standard license does not include these benefits.

3. Permitted Uses

You ARE Permitted To:

Install and use the Licensed Product on your FiveM server
Modify the source code for your own server's use
Customize features, styling, and configurations
Integrate the product with other resources on your server
Use the product for commercial purposes (running a paid server)
Create derivative works based on the product for your own use
Use the product for an unlimited number of players
Backup and archive the product files
Update the product when new versions are released

4. Prohibited Uses

You ARE NOT Permitted To:

Redistribute: Share, sell, lease, or give away the Licensed Product to any third party
Resell: Sell the product or any modified version on any marketplace or platform
Public Distribution: Upload to GitHub, Pastebin, or any public file-sharing service
Claim Authorship: Remove copyright notices or claim the product as your own work
Reverse Engineering: Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble obfuscated code
Multiple Servers: Use on more than one server without additional licenses
License Transfer: Transfer or sublicense your license to another person or entity
Competitive Use: Use the product to create competing products or services
Circumvent Protection: Remove or bypass any license verification or security features
Commercial Redistribution: Include in any "server pack" or "script collection" for sale

Violation Notice: Any violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate license termination, account suspension, and potential legal action. We actively monitor for license violations.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All Licensed Products, including source code, documentation, graphics, and other materials, are protected by United States and international copyright laws. The products are licensed, not sold, and you do not acquire any ownership interest in any product by purchasing a license.

All source code remains the property of QBCore Store LLC and/or original developers
All trademarks, logos, and brand names are proprietary
Copyright notices must not be removed or altered
Attribution to original developers must be maintained

6. License Verification

Some Licensed Products may include license verification systems:

License Keys: Unique keys tied to your account and server IP
Domain Locking: Products may be locked to specific server IP addresses
Hardware ID: Some products verify server hardware for security
Online Verification: Products may check license status with our servers

You agree not to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any license verification mechanisms. Attempting to do so will result in immediate license termination.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

THE LICENSED PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

QBCore Store LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the products will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

No guarantee of compatibility with third-party resources
No guarantee of specific performance or results
No guarantee of continued availability or support

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL QBCORE STORE LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
Server downtime or interruption of service
Data corruption or loss
Third-party claims
Costs of procurement of substitute goods or services

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Licensed Product.

10. License Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement.

Grounds for Termination:

Violation of any prohibited uses
Redistribution or resale of products
Removal of copyright notices
Circumventing license verification
Fraudulent purchase or chargeback
Violation of Terms of Service
Abusive or inappropriate behavior

Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Licensed Product and destroy all copies in your possession. No refunds will be issued upon license termination.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless QBCore Store LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Licensed Products or violation of this Agreement.

12. Modifications to Agreement

QBCore Store LLC reserves the right to modify this License Agreement at any time. Continued use of Licensed Products after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified agreement. It is your responsibility to review this agreement periodically.

Notice of Changes: We will post notice of material changes on our website. For significant changes, we may send email notifications to registered users.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Agreement will be brought exclusively in the courts located in the United States, and the parties hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

14. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

This License Agreement, together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and QBCore Store LLC regarding the Licensed Products and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral.

17. Acceptance

BY PURCHASING AND DOWNLOADING ANY PRODUCT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:

You have read and understood this License Agreement
You agree to be bound by all terms and conditions
You understand the permitted and prohibited uses
You accept all limitations and disclaimers
You have the authority to enter into this agreement
This agreement is legally binding
